Your rate covers luxury tent accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sundowners). Any extras such as spa treatments, bar tabs, and private guided excursions are billed separately.
The Serengeti’s beauty evolves throughout the year. High season (July–October) features the epic Great Migration crossings and peak wildlife activity. Shoulder seasons (late June & November) offer fewer guests, lush green landscapes, and plentiful migratory birds. Low season (December–March) brings newborn wildebeest calves, vibrant plains, and more attractive rates ideal for photographers and budget-conscious travelers.
Our culinary team prides itself on personalization. Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or have other allergies, simply let us know in advance. We source fresh, local ingredients and will craft bespoke menus that honor both your preferences and the region’s flavors.
Our Nomadic Wi-Fi Lounge provides reliable connectivity with strong signal for essential emails and social updates. Each suite features solar-powered outlets so you can charge devices at any time.
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival incur no fee. Between 30–59 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Within 30 days, the full booking cost is non-refundable. Date or suite amendments are subject to availability and seasonal rate differences; please contact us as early as possible.
We can Arrange the Transfers for You. After your light-aircraft flight into the Serengeti’s private airstrip, our 4×4 vehicles driven by expert guides will be waiting to transport you the short distance to camp. The drive through rolling grasslands is an extension of your safari experience.
